Conditions of use

Payment Policy:
·         Payment is due in full on or before the first day of class - we accept credit cards online, checks, money orders and cash at the course location. No student will be allowed to continue a course unless paid in full by the first day of that course.
 
·         All certificates will be issued by the American Red Cross after successful completion of the course and payment has been recieved by Sweetwater Pools.
 
Refund Policy:
  • The $75 non-refundable fee is not refundable except upon cancellation of the class by Sweetwater Pools, Inc.
  • There is no refund upon completion of the course if the participant does not pass the final skills checks or written exam. The Aquatics Director will decide what fees, if any, may be applied to a future course.
  •  To reschedule a class without any fees please contact the Aquatics office by email or phone at least 3 business days before the class begins. We can change to whichever class is convinient.
  • To reschedule within three days of a class please call Aquatics as soon as possible; there may be a fee applied.
  • Any registrant that does not show up to the class and did not contact the Aquatics Director will be charged the entire fee for the course and will have to re-register to take another course.
  • If a participant starts a class but cannot or does not attend the rest of the course, the Aquatics Director will have sole discretion to decide what, if any, refund or credit is due. At no point will the mandatory $75 be refunded or credited.
  • If you are unable to complete the Prerequisite swimming skills, you will be allowed to reschedule ONE time at no additional charge into a future course - this must be done through the Aquatics Department.
